The colorful, popular House Blessing, now coordinated by Troy Files, took place on June 26 and raised $5,414 for 11 Cherry Grove organizations. Participants dressed in their best clerical attire and took donations for the Arts Project of Chery Grove, Cherry Grove Community Association, Inc., Cherry Grove Property Owners Association, the Memorial Fund, the Garden Club, the Dune Fund, Cherry Grove Archives Committee, the Cherry Grove chapter of the Pines Animal Welfare Society, the volunteer Cherry Grove Fire Department, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the Arts Project, and the Black and Brown Equity Coalition.
