Pianist Dan Daly playing & singing at Sand Castle

Cherry’s on the Bay owners Jacqué Piazza and Donna Bianco opened a new restaurant on the ocean, this season, Sand Castle, in the spaces formerly occupied by restaurants Jumping Jack’s Seafood Shack, Rachel’s, Yagottawana, and Compass Rose, as well as Robin Murray’s liquor store, Frank Caviglia’s This and That, and Valerie Perez’s Rodayo Drive, and pianist Dan Daly led a first dinner time piano sing-along, at the spanking new Sand Castle, on May 25, the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend.
We sang music from Broadway musicals “Gypsy,” “Funny Girl,” “Mack and Mabel,” and “South Pacific,” and by the Carpenters, Fats Waller, and Neil Sedaka with Dan on the first night.
