Arts Project Anticipates Cherry Grove Season with March Reunion Brunch in Chelsea

The Arts Project of Cherry Grove (APCG), led by President Thom “Panzi” Hansen and the Board of Directors, held its annual In-Town Party on a spring-like March 8 at Bocca di Bacco restaurant in Chelsea. Members enjoyed scrambled eggs, fried calamari, meat balls and cold cuts, miniature muffins, miniature pancakes with fruit, mimosas, and Bloody Marys, as we reunited with many friends whom we hadn’t seen since the end of the 2014 season.
Welcoming the membership, Panzi announced that the forthcoming summer would include shows, at the historic Community House, by comic Michele Balan and singer Rose Levine, a possible appearance by Isabella Rossellini, and “Legends,” featuring Cherry Grove Homecoming Queens and directed by Matt Baney. Anticipate the annual Casino, Art Show, and end-of-season Gala Ball as well.
