He and newly chosen future Empress XXI, B, will be crowned at the 21st annual Night of a Thousand Gowns at the Marriott Marquis Hotel on March 31, 2007. At the monthly ICNY meeting, past Emperor Gabriel della Notte was selected as the Court’s new President and Osito Puto de Piel became its new Secretary.
